The new manufacturing plant located in Lungotorrente Secca 3r, in Genoa, has been in operation since September 2005.
This new location is a clear demonstration of the extent to which our company wants to continue growing, focusing on quality and technological innovation, but always with full respect for tradition.
The new facility covers a total surface of approximately 11,000 m², featuring an automated warehouse with space for 3,500 pallets, 36 silos for green coffee with a total capacity of 260 tons, 28 silos for roasted whole-bean coffee (capacity 100 tons), 24 silos for ground roasted coffee (capacity 28 tons), 6 silos for decaffeinated coffee and 6 silos for organic coffee (capacity 7 tons each).

While striving for continuous improvement, Cellini and Ekaf have always focused on achieving the maximum quality in the products and services they offer, in order to give customers the pleasure of tasting an original Italian coffee.
The quality of Cellini Coffee is guaranteed by its quality system, certified under the UNI EN ISO 9001:2000 standard.
The Ekaf Manufacturing facility is certified under the same standard, as well as the IFS – International Food Standard – Higher Level and the “Standard GSGS – Global Standard for Food Safety”; these latter certifications are even more selective, and are vital in order to be able to manufacture for leading European retailers who wish to work exclusively with partners from whom high product quality is always guaranteed.
Ekaf is certified by the CCPB (Consortium for Monitoring of Organic Products) for processing organic coffee in accordance with EEC regulation 2092/91.
